MEMORYMORPH
Memorymorph collective was founded in 2017, but its members have been working together for over a decade on various interdisciplinary projects. They take part in festivals, exhibitions and research projects in Poland (Krakow, Bielsko-Biała, Wrocław and Warsaw) and abroad (Germany, Israel, Czechia, UK and Russia). As a collective, they collaborate with programmers, scientists and designers to create multimedia pieces, public space interventions as well as online, virtual and hybrid artworks. They have worked with Galeria Bielska BWA in Bielsko-Biała, J.Tarasin Art Gallery in Kalisz, and the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, among others, and presented their projects at MIASTOmovie 6 festival in Wrocław as well as 3D Krakow Meetup at Patchlab festival.

Małgorzata Łuczyna
Multimedia artist working with video art, photography and multimedia. She received her PhD in cinematic and photographic arts from Direction of Photography and Television Production Department of the Łódź Film School. Łuczyna is a faculty member at the Institute of Art and Media, Pedagogical University in Krakow.

Jacek Złoczowski
Graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Krakow, where he received his PhD in the arts from the Intermedia Department in 2020. He aims to continuously experiment with various media, often employing broadly understood interactivity. Złoczowski is the author of animations, radio plays, interactive installation, hybrid and virtual spaces and public space interventions.

Engineer, programmer, community animator, and coordinator of projects concerning information society development.

Since 1998, he has worked on the application of information technologies in education, civil society development, and cultural heritage promotion. In 2001, he co-wrote the ePolska 2001 strategy. He is also the co-author of many regional development strategies in the area of information society development and e-learning. Since 2008, he has cooperated with numerous Polish government institutions (Ministry of National Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, etc.) as an adviser and project coordinator. He co-created Włącz Polskę, the first system repository of open educational resources for the Polish diaspora, and was the chief engineer behind the Otwarta Szkoła project, a virtual school for migrant pupils. From 2014 till 2017, he was the data manager for OECD’s PISA Study programme.

From 2016 till 2018, he worked as a cabinet adviser to the Minister of Digital Affairs Anna Streżyńska, dealing with such projects as widok.gov.pl (government system usability data analysis using big data systems) and Kronik@ (semantic repository of cultural and scientific resources). In September 2017, he was appointed the Digital Champion for Poland by the European Commission.

Culture manager, programmer, and producer.
Since 2014, she has been associated with the Adam Mickiewicz Institute, a state institution aiming to increase international awareness of Polish culture. Currently working as a manager of the Digital Cultures Festival, established in 2017 as an international platform for networking and exchange in the field of new media, cross media, computer games, and digitally supported heritage preservation.

A designer and software developer specialising in information architecture, interactive design, and user-interface creation. Throughout his professional career he has collaborated on projects for small and large clients, ranging from editorial websites, complex visualisation of data, and mobile apps to powerful multimedia applications and business panels. He has worked with the BBC, Al Jazeera, Meedan, Hearken, Swisscom, Trint, Ableton, and Zurich University of the Arts. He is currently working on the Storycopter interactive documentary production suite. Lives and works in Gdańsk.

Played With Fire is a small independent developer based in Krakow, Poland, focusing on the production of Virtual Reality games. We create virtual landscapes and props in an artful, fable-esque style.
