Independent curator and cultural strategist working across art, design and technology with a focus on facilitating interdisciplinary collaboration between the arts and sciences.
She is currently curating the forthcoming AI, Ethics & Health season at Science Gallery London. Previously, she was the founding Director of NEW INC (2014-2018), the first museum-led cultural incubator and an initiative of the New Museum in New York. While there, she designed and led a community workspace and professional development program that supported more than 100 creative practitioners annually and initiated and oversaw NEW INC's artist residency program with Nokia Bell Labs, inspired by the historic Experiments in Art and Technology (E.A.T.) initiative. Prior to that, she was the founding Editor-in-Chief of The Creators Project (2010-2013), an international cultural platform co-created by VICE Media and Intel.
Doctor, lecturer at the English Linguistics Department at Kazimierz the Great University in Bydgoszcz, and a specialist in contemporary British drama. As a theatre critic, he has written for Teatr, Didaskalia, and Chimera magazines. Co-author of the Jawne Sny (‘Lucid Dreams’) blog on video games and their links with other branches of culture. He has written about games for magazines such as Przekrój and Pixel, as well as dwutygodnik.com.
