Holder of a PhD degree in Liberal Arts and Life Sciences, historian, archivist, IT manager; between 2001 and 2016 a director supervising the implementation of the Digital Archives project and development of the digitizing archives process at the Institute of National Remembrance; director of the Central IT Center; director of the IT Office of the Institute of National Remembrance; expert in the Data Management Department at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland; co-founder and editor-in-chief of the przystanekhistoria.pl website dedicated to the most recent history of Poland.
